The impact that temperature and humidity have on waterborne paint during application is significant.  Axalta has introduced a new wireless thermometer/hygrometer device called the Axalta Weather Station, to help bodyshops better monitor these critical climate conditions in their spray booth.

•    The Axalta Weather Station consists of a receiver for the mixing room and a separate sensor that can be fitted in the spray booth
•    It has a wireless transmission of outdoor temperature and humidity with a maximum reach of 100m
•    Table standing or wall mounting
•    DCF Radio controlled time (time zone option ±12 hours) and date display with manual setting option
•    Indoor and outdoor temperature display in ºC plus humidity with MIN/MAX records function
•    8 Luna (moon) phase display
•    Low battery indicator
•    Measuring Range:
    -    Indoor Humidity: 20 to 95%
    -    Outdoor Humidity: 1 to 99%
    -    Indoor Temperature: -10 to +60°CC
    -    Outdoor Temperature: -40 to +60°CC
