2 weeks ago sanded back top of the metal hulls back to clean metal on my houseboat followed instructions on how to apply fertan 18 hours later no ferric tannate waited up to 24hours no difference except a few rust spots showing up so had the people doing the antifoul paint the hulls with primer than antifoul waste of time and money( lesson learnt )

Fertan is expensive, but I have used Fertan for over 20 years and I believe it to be the best product on the market.
